Booking and Attendance

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement via email. You will receive confirmation of your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment:

  • More than 48 hours in advance - no charge.
  • Within 48 hours - 50% of the session fee will be charged.
  • Within 24 hours - the full session fee will be incurred.

Cancellation fees are implemented to maintain a respectful and productive therapeutic environment. Consistent attendance supports effective therapy, and practitioners dedicate time to session preparation. Late cancellations prevent appointment slots from being filled by others who may need support.

No-Shows

If something comes up and you are unable to attend your appointment, we understand. However, the full session fee will be charged before you can reschedule.

Late Attendance

We recognise that delays can happen. However, to respect all our clients, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.

Fees and Payment

Session Fees

Payment is required prior to your scheduled session. This ensures your appointment is confirmed and reserved for you. Current session fees are listed on our Pricing & Policies page. Fees are reviewed periodically and you will be notified of any changes.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit/debit card via Stripe
  • Bank transfer (invoice provided)
  • PayPal (invoice provided)

All information shared in therapy is confidential in accordance with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Code of Ethics and relevant legislation, except where:

  • You provide written consent for disclosure
  • Required by law (e.g., court order)
